Express Yourself Photo Booth

1. What can I expect?


Every event will be serviced by at least one professional host. We like to keep things simple. You shouldn’t have to move mountains to have fun. We’re with you from start-to-finish to ensure the entire process is hassle-free.


2. How does the photo booth work?


You and your friends jump in the booth, choose the color button or black & white button below the monitor and pose. You’ll see your image on the 20" monitor. It will count down 4-3-2-1 and voila! This happens four times. You step out; wait about 13-15 seconds and your pictures are ready.


3. How much floor space will the booth take up?


Our booth is completely portable. We ask for the use of an indoor 10' x 10' area to accommodate the booth and a table (for props and scrapbook, if necessary).


4. How many can fit inside the booth?


Up to 10 people and is wheelchair accessible.


5. Will I get unlimited photos?


You have unlimited use of the booth during your event. The photo booth itself is capable of printing only so many photos in an hour. Your picture is taken four times in a 40-60 second session.


Also, all prints AND individual photos within the prints are saved on your complimentary DVD, giving you the ability to print “unlimited photos”. You also have the added option of unlimited downloads for Facebook, computer or iPod from an online private photo gallery.


6. What comes with the Personalized Photo Album?


An album with enough space for multiple guests to share comments and signatures. And with the front and back of the page getting used up, you'll have plenty room for guest pictures.


7. What areas does Express Yourself Photo Booth serve?

8. What events do you do?


Just about any social gathering you can imagine. We are happy to celebrate with you during your wedding reception, high school or college dance, banquet, fundraiser, trade show, holiday party, corporate or marketing event, birthday or graduation party, anniversaries, family or class reunion, Mardi Gras ball and much more.  

     
9. What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept Cash, Gold or Silver Bullion, Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Check or Money Order payable to Express Yourself Photo Booth P.O. Box 358 Egan, LA 70531.


10. How much do I have to put down to reserve an event?


To reserve your event date we require:
    1.) A completed agreement;

    2.) A $250 non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to event.  
                                                                               
Events booked less than 30 days of the reserved date require:
    1.) A completed agreement and
    2.) The full balance due at the time of booking by debit/credit card only.

 
         Note: $250.00 of the full balance is non-refundable.

                                                                                                                           
In the event of a date change, the deposit is transferable subject to availability.


In the event of a cancellation, the full balance (if provided) will be refunded minus the $250.00 non-refundable deposit.
For schools, corporate, non-profit, charity/fundraising events please call for deposit and booking details.


11. Can I add custom captions or artwork?


Most definitely! Just elect the option and submit your ideas on our rental agreement.

All custom caption(s) or logo must be received (30) thirty days prior to event.


12. What do you mean by idle time?


Idle time is when the photo booth is setup and ready to go but will not be used until later. For example, if you book a 3 hour package taking pictures from 6pm - 9pm but the event start time is 5 pm, the time from 5 pm to 6 pm is idle time. We charge a $20.00 per hour fee to cover the cost of paying our professional host to extend their day.
